A Palfinger PC 2700 crane and a 2600 mm long steel cargo box were delivered to the company Komel d.o.o. from Sarajevo. The superstructure was mounted on a Volkswagen Crafter 35 4×4 vehicle.

The Palfinger PC 2700 crane, with a hydraulic reach of 3.7 m, is mounted directly behind the vehicle cabin. It is manually operated, with control stations available on both sides of the truck. Additionally, a steel cargo box with aluminum sideboards was installed, featuring internal dimensions of 2600 x 2040 x 400 mm.

Komel d.o.o. was founded in 1995 and specializes in the installation of vehicle anti-theft systems, as well as vehicle superstructures for special purposes – including police, ambulance, funeral, and other specialized vehicles.
