The company Palfinger presented the latest solutions from its product range at the 67th International Commercial Vehicles Show (IAA 2018), which took place from September 20th… to September 27th, in Hannover, Germany.
The IAA (Internationale Automobil-Ausstellung) is the world’s largest exhibition for automobiles and commercial vehicles. It is held every odd-numbered year in Frankfurt am Main, while in even-numbered years—such as 2018—the focus shifts to commercial vehicles in Hannover.
The first IAA fair dates back to 1897 in Berlin. The event typically expects over 2,000 exhibitors from 50 countries and more than 250,000 visitors, spanning a massive exhibition area of 270,000 m².
Palfinger occupied an exhibition space of 1,720 m², focusing on the NEXCELLENCE program. This initiative leverages the advantages of digitalization to ensure more efficient, safer, and more comfortable operation of their cranes.
