The PALFINGER company has opened a new chapter in the development of ultra-modern access platforms with the introduction of the P480 model from the Jumbo Class Next Generation series.

The combination of cutting-edge technology, modern design, and high operational flexibility makes this platform a unique solution for performing a wide variety of tasks at height.

For the first time on a two-axle vehicle, a working height of 48 meters and a lateral reach of 31.5 meters have been achieved, setting a new standard in this platform class.

The unique maneuverability of the P480 is made possible by the new jib. The hydraulic operations of the X-jib, located between the upper telescope and the work basket, allow for a basket rotation of up to 240° while elevated, providing exceptional precision and flexibility during operation.
