The Jumbo Class NX of PALFINGER access platforms has been expanded with a new model – the P550, which impresses with a working height of 55 meters and a lateral outreach of 40 meters.

The new platform retains all the advantages of the existing Jumbo Class NX: the additional X-jib and 2 x 200-degree basket rotation enable exceptional maneuverability and flexibility when working at heights.

Following the successful introduction of the P480 model, PALFINGER continues the development of its new generation of access platforms with this latest addition. The P550 brings extra capabilities to the upper telescopic segment (the boom), offering significantly greater reach and flexibility compared to its predecessors.

The X-jib, positioned between the upper boom and the basket, allows for extraordinary operational precision thanks to controlled rotation of up to 240 degrees, complemented by the double rotation of the work basket.

The new P550 platform will be premiered at the trade fair in Paris (April 20–25).
