Beyond curiosity, this information is crucial for safe and efficient handling, in accordance with the load diagram that every PALFINGER crane has. With the new PALFINGER system, the operator can have that information – immediately!

PALFINGER is offering free activation of the WEIGHT option on TEC7 crane models until the end of the year! All owners of PALFINGER TEC7 cranes can activate the WEIGHT option, which enables the display of the exact load weight directly on the PALcom P7 remote control. This function allows the operator to always know how much load is being lifted and up to what distance they can work safely and in accordance with the load chart.

The system automatically stores up to 10 weights, and it is also possible to include various attachments in the weighing process – such as pallet forks, grabs, or winches.

For owners of PALFINGER cranes that do not have TEC7 models, PALFINGER has developed a wireless weighing system that connects the crane hook to the operator’s smartphone. If the operator does not use a smartphone, the load weight information can also be displayed on a dedicated receiver supplied with the system.
